The project involves the comprehensive development of a site with multiple functional components, combining industrial, administrative, residential, and security facilities. The development includes the construction of pre-fabricated steel structure godowns, an office-cum-guest house, Ansar barracks, guard post buildings, watch towers (steel structure), and boundary walls for overall safety and operational efficiency. To support logistics and connectivity, the project provides approach roads and internal rigid pavement roads, complemented by storm water and surface drainage systems (RCC-Apron) ensuring proper water management and flood prevention. Additional infrastructure includes a sub-station building for reliable power supply, water supply, sanitary, and plumbing systems, water reservoir, septic tanks, soak wells, valley gutters, and roof monitors, ensuring sustainable utility services across the facility. The project further incorporates internal and external electrification works to ensure uninterrupted power distribution throughout the site.
